DHA Bahawalpur has announced an extension of its construction incentive deadline for Sectors A, B, and C until August 31, 2025. The initiative, which began on May 1, 2024, offers significant savings and benefits to plot owners who want to build their homes in the prestigious development.
The extended incentive includes a 100% waiver on development charges, surcharges, and non-construction penalties for qualifying applicants. To be eligible, plot owners must have cleared their principal amount or be in the process of doing so, as well as meet specific criteria for July 2023 ballot allottees.
The incentive covers various plot sizes and types, with savings ranging from RS 1.1 million to RS 4.0 million. Plot owners can avail themselves of this opportunity until August 31, 2025, and enjoy substantial benefits.
